Before joining Ashbury Legal, Betsie spent eight years in the emerging companies practice at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she advised startups and top-tier venture capital firms on complex transactions and board-level matters. Her experience spans early-stage financings through multi-billion-dollar public offerings and exits, giving her a practical, end-to-end view of how companies scale.
