Christian started her legal career at Covington & Burling advising multinational corporations and trade associations on federal compliance regulations. In this role, she helped clients stay out of trouble with the government while still pursuing ambitious business goals.
Christian specializes in intellectual property with a special focus on copyright and trademark law. She advises clients every step of the way from product conception and development to launch and enforcement. Whether clients are looking to protect the exclusivity of their IP, or find a strategic way to share it with the world, Christian is adept at tailoring IP strategy to new and novel situations.
