Nima’s skillset runs the entire business life cycle, from entity formation to exit. He also possesses deep expertise helping blockchain projects navigate the various regulatory minefields they face.
Nima started his legal career at the private equity firm ATEL Capital, assisting with Shariah Law compliant fund formation, before focusing on mergers and acquisitions at Ropes & Gray.
Nima left Ropes & Gray in 2017 to break into the blockchain industry, before joining Ashbury in 2018. He hasn’t looked back since.
