Nima is a loud and proud Texan with his boots firmly planted in California.

Nima’s skillset runs the entire business life cycle spectrum, from entity formation to exit. He also possesses deep experience helping clients navigate regulatory minefields, drawing upon his expertise honed by representing blockchain clients in both product design and SEC investigations.

In his “off hours,”, you’ll usually find Nima woodworking, snowboarding, camping or playing with his dog and best friend, Mufasa.

THE BACK STORY

 

Before Ashbury Legal, Nima was an associate at the global law firm Ropes & Gray LLP, where he helped close multiple acquisitions across various industries.

Prior to Ropes & Gray, Nima worked as in-house counsel for the private equity firm ATEL Capital, where he gained diverse private company experience ranging from venture capital to Sharia Law-compliant fund management.
